Our role is to develop and maintain a regional disaster response system with local, state, commonwealth, territorial and tribal governments that ensure:

People and systems are in tune with disaster needs;

Unified participation in operational planning;

Clear communications among response participants;

All levels of government work in tandem; and

Expectations are defined.
