U.S. Fire Administration

Fire-Related Grant Guidance

Grants are awarded to fire departments to enhance their ability to protect the public and fire service personnel from fire and related hazards. Available grants include Assistance to Firefighters Grants (AFG), Fire Prevention and Safety Grants (FP&S) and Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response Grants (SAFER).  Information regarding USFA’s grant programs can be found at this link.
